18 U.S.C. 2257 Compliance Declaration

noshamemovement.com ("the Site") is a secondary producer as defined by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and its associated regulations. All visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct displayed on this website are in full compliance with federal record-keeping and labeling requirements.

Age Verification & Record Keeping: We affirm that all performers, models, actors, and other persons depicted in any visual content appearing on this site were eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time the content was created. The records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 for all such content are maintained by the primary producer(s) who created the content.

Our Compliance Framework & Verification Process

To ensure adherence to U.S. federal law, we implement a rigorous, multi-layered verification and compliance system for all creators and content hosted on our platform:

  • Mandatory Identity & Age Verification: All creators must submit valid government-issued photo identification and pass an automated age verification check prior to being permitted to upload content.
  • Multi-Stage Content Review: Uploaded content undergoes both automated screening and human review to identify potential non-compliance before publication.
  • Secure Record Custodianship: We mandate that primary producers maintain the required 2257 documentation (e.g., identification copies, age statements, dates of production) in a secure, confidential manner.
  • Proactive Content Action: Any content identified as potentially non-compliant is immediately quarantined and removed pending further verification.
  • Ongoing Compliance Monitoring: We conduct regular system audits and reviews of our policies and procedures to ensure continued adherence to legal standards.

Official Record Inspection Requests

As a secondary producer, we do not maintain the original 2257 records. However, we can facilitate contact with the relevant primary producer or custodian of records upon receipt of a valid and complete official request.

All requests for record inspection must be made by a qualified government agency or its authorized representative for a legitimate law enforcement purpose. To be considered, a request must include the following elements in writing:

  1. The legal name, title, and identification of the requesting official/agency.
  2. The specific URLs or unique content identifiers for which records are sought.
  3. A clear statement of the legal basis and purpose for the inspection request.
  4. Official contact information (agency address, phone, email).
  5. Documentation confirming the requester's legal authority to conduct such an inspection.
  6. A signed confidentiality agreement pertaining to the handling of any sensitive personal information.

Processing Information: Incomplete requests will not be processed. Please submit complete requests via certified or registered mail to the designated legal address listed in our Terms of Service. Please allow 7-10 business days for our initial acknowledgment and processing of a complete, valid request.
